Appraiser is a minor character in Squidbillies.
Description[]
The Appraiser appears exclusively in the episode "An Officer and a Dental Dam". He works at a "rummage roundup gift shop", and wears small glasses. He encounters Early, and Russell at his gift shop, when they sell stuff to him related to Ruby Jean, which are expired cans of powered milks, and Early gets a clock related to "Burt Reynolds Centerfold Driftwood Lacquered". He then shows him a special-edition-edition Cock Johnson jumbo refill soda mug, but wasn't worth nothing since he broke three others. Early then shoots the merchandise, until some papers fall out, and one of them is grabbed by him. He doesn't seem to understand the scribblings on the papers. But explained by Early, he is then amazed that it is a correspondence between one Ruby Jean, and confederate General Robert E. Lee. Also the letters of worth at least $300, as that is interrupted by Dan Halen.
