Description[]
A Birthday Clown is seen attending a birthday party for one of the son of an unnamed African American character in the episode "Clowny Freaks". The clown approaches both Lil, and Granny, mentioning about the whereabouts of a birthday boy, but Granny then upsets the clown by telling that she is what he is looking for, due to her attractive towards him. Granny then turns his orange dog balloon into the shape of a blurred erect penis, but the clown mentioned that he is only in the party to see the birthday boy, but is interrupted by Early zapping with a zap gun, knocking him out.
He lays on the ground, presumably injured, or death, and Rusty then comes, and rubs off his clown makeup onto his face, and takes off his shoes, hair, and hat. Making Rusty act like a "clowny freak."
