- This is the very first episode where the Sheriff is voiced by Bobby Ellerbee instead of Charles Napier.
- The Sheriff's skinless and flesh face appears in some sort of dimension when Granny electrocutes Early.
- The words on the icing of the birthday cake are written in cursive.
- The first baby squid that hatched out of Rusty's eggs has the likeness of Early's (original) voice actor Unknown Hinson.
- When the Baby Dracula Squids are wreaking havoc over the town of Dougal County, people can be heard screaming but we don't actually see anyone there, although you can see some blood everywhere, from on the streets, sidewalks, Dan Halen Sheetrock International, and the screen.
