Doug Peppers is one of the three judges of Dougal County. Along with Judge and Judge Jammer. Working at the Dougal County Courthouse. He is seen only in the episode "Stop, Jammertime!".
At the beginning of the episode, Sheriff revealed he was fired from dementia. Soon Judge Jammer is hired to fill in a replacement. However he was rehired to be the judge of Dougal County again after Jammer was fired for obvious reasons. The line, "welcome back Doug!" is associated with him, in which was said by Sheriff at end of the episode.
Personality and Traits[]
Although most of his personality isn't seen until the end of the episode, Doug has shown signs of drunkenness or mental illness, or a little bit of both "BABY!" As he is shown which the symptom of dementia.
