Dougal County Clinic is a recurring location in Squidbillies. The clinic is located in Dougal County. The small clinic has over three doctors working here: Dr. Cock, along with Dr. Jerry, and Dr. Bug, who were previously worked there, despite this, some nurses do work there. The clinic is seen in many episodes. The clinic is used to take care of hurt, and injured people, however the doctors are often seen to be incompetent such as the previously mentioned Dr. Donald Cock. Their is also a Dougal County Hospital.

The small building is colored green, and gray both in the interior, and exterior. It has a brown door, and a brown recycling bin. A snake model is seen on the red cross.
