Dr. Horny is a minor character in Squidbillies.
Description[]
Their is not that much about Dr. Horny, except that he is a scientist only seen in footage of Dan Halen's concept of a supercollider in Dougal County, and that he loves "poontong" as revealed in his next appearance.
Space footage is visible on a monitor viewed by Dan Halen, and his scientists. Talking about the universe's mysteries, and claiming that they would be mysteries no longer, and also claims that the supercollider is a "colossal subterranean particle accelerator" which really is a marvel of technology that can, but the footage is froze by Dan.
Later in the episode, new footage of the commercial is played at The VFW, and revealed. The scientist then introduces himself as "Dr. Horny". He tells that is enough of your mother, and want the town is going to need and footage of women breasts (in live-action) are shown onscreen, and revealing footage of a black hole concept are shown on the screen. He shows off a speedway in Dougal County for a racetrack, and stock cars, and then he acts very suggestively by mentioning to show off your tits, to build your municipality and but not letting his peck grow an inch, but isn't saying it either.
