Trivia[]
- This is the first episode of the show with a TV-MA rating.
- This is the first episode of the show where Lil Cuyler is absent.
- Granny Cuyler also doesn't appear in this episode either, making this the second episode where she doesn't appear, with the second one being "Take This Job & Love It."
- The Rapist's character design heavily resembles Glenn, though Glenn previously appeared in "Office Politics Trouble", with a different voice actor "Todd Barry", before being voiced by Dave Willis, his current voice actor. Though, the latter is voiced by Jonathan Katz, and has a much different character personality than him.
- Glenn's design was most likely reused for TheRapist, possibly due to the show's limited animation and budget.
- Sheriff's mother can be heard by using a megaphone in this episode, but doesn't make an physical appearance.
References & Allusions[]
- Many references to the 1995 Comedy Central show "Dr.Katz" are shown in this episode, as TheRapist is a parody of the said therapist.
- Coincidently, TheRapist and Dr.Katz are both voiced by Jonathan Katz.
- 1989's Doogie Howser, M.D. and 2000's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation are both mentioned by the Sheriff.
- Early yells the line "Gimme back my bullets!", which is a nod to the song by Lynyrd Skynyrd of the same name.
- Early also yells "Ooh, that smell!", which is also a reference to the Lynyrd Skynyrd song called "That Smell".
