Head Lice are tiny insects that live on people's heads that are minor creatures in Squidbillies.

"No Space Like Home"

Some Head Lice, with four of them, appear on the head of Early Cuyler's father Ga Ga Pee Pap, which is called the "head lice Olympics." The Head Lice race each other in these Olympics, in a similar manner to a horse race, except with lice instead of horses.

"The Liceman Cometh"

In Dougal County, a massive lice outbreak started with lice infesting the hair of many citizens of the county, starting with Early Cuyler, people would often itch their hair because of the head lice outbreak happening throughout the episode, while the Head Lice were hiding in any of Early's Trucker Hats. Early would also brush his head with hairbrushes and put bacon grease on his head because of the lice. Sharif also used a Magnifying Glass to see the Head Lice up closer on Early, which roars at Sharif.

Ballmart is revealed to have lice shampoo to kill in people's hair, which people rush to do, Head Lice on Early's head have also died from a free sample of the after-shave and scalp cologne Bronco Dieselman, which Bobby spray on Early, due to the Head Lice problem.

Eventually, after a large angry mob came over to the Cuyler house to burn all of Early's trucker hats, Early told the Head Lice to quickly run away with his hats and hide into the curtains. Soon, all of the roaring Head Lice form into a humanoid to save all of Early's Trucker Hats but start shrieking as they are then burned alive and killed by Deputy Denny with a flamethrower, also burning all of the trucker hats.

Trivia

• The Head Lice on Early's head have a hat that has a resemblance to the trucker hats that Early Cuyler often wears. The trucker hat that one of the Head Lice is wearing is colored red and says the words "Lice Do It Head First."
