Pappy Cuyler is The Factory Worker and The Father of Ga Ga Pee Pap Cuyler and Granny Cuyler.
Biography[]
In a flashback, shown in the episode "Duel of the Dimwits", his son GaGa wanted to ask his sister Ruby Jean in hand for marriage. His only lines are "Well, let me think on it, okay, I think that will work." GaGa then started to get engaged with Ruby. He is never seen again after this flashback as he obviously passed away due to his old age.
