Russell "Rusty" Cuyler is Early Cuyler's son and the overall deuteragonist of Squidbillies.

Basic Information

The son of Early and Krystal, Rusty is a dimwitted, abused, backwoods boy. He seeks his fathers approval in nearly everything he does

Rusty is the father to Tammi's child in "Rusty and Tammi Sitting in a Tree, B-A-S-T-A-R-D" named Macho Man Randy Cuyler.

Personality

Rusty is easily influenced by others around him. However, he often fails in his attempts to mimic Early's overtly prejudiced and myopic view of the world.

Rusty shows deep respect for his father even though he is frequently beaten by him.

He also cares his new family, his wife Tammi & his son Macho Man Randy Cuyler, he has had some problems with his new family, due to paying for child support.

History

When Rusty was born, Early was sent to prison for 15 years. Krystal quickly abandoned him on aunt Lil's doorstep and she raised him for the next 15 years before the state stepped in and placed Rusty with Granny. Rusty, however, runs away and spends the next 11 years raised poorly by wolves. Though most of this was a dream, he sometimes misses the wolves. While running away, he finds his father Early in a chain gang. Sheriff, feeling pity for the two, releases Early to raise his son.

Rusty is often a voice of reason in the show, but will also act as unintelligent as Early in either an attempt to impress his father, or out of sheer stupidity.

He was taken by Durwood Cuyler & his family in "Reunited, And It Feels No Good", He lost his virginity to his Uncle Durwood's wife Fiona in "Not Without My Cash Cow!".

He became a Clowny Freak in the episode "Clowny Freaks", since he wipe himself with a makeup from a Birthday clown.

He learned how to play football in "Lean Green Touchdown Makifying Machine", so he can go to college.

In "America: Why I Love Her", Rusty was very hungry & wanted food, after the song "Nature's bounty", sung by Early, Early shot one of the Al-Qaedans cows, after this Rusty was taken to the Al-Qaedans, since they were training & making a bomb to invade Alabama.

In "Keeping It in the Family Way", he fell in love with Tammi & had sex with her, which he found out that it was his cousin/Half sister, this is revealed when Rusty & Tammi have the same birth mother, Krystal.

In "Snow Daddy", Rusty created Snow Daddy, as a imaginary father for him.

In "Rusty and Tammi Sitting in a Tree, B-A-S-T-A-R-D", when Tammi was pregnant, Rusty had to work at the Ballmart Deli for money & had to pay, but Tammi was giving birth to Macho Man Randy Cuyler at the hospital, Rusty was going to leave but Dan Halen forced him to say.

In "The Inkubator Lives!", when Tammi wanted to pay child support for Randy, Rusty ignores his new family, he then becomes a crime fighter to stop crime in Dougal County like Early.

He was shot by a drunk Early in "Gun of a Son".

In Later seasons, Rusty still lives with Early & Granny at the Cuyler House in the county of Dougal County, meanwhile he is still taking care of his family, Randy & Tammi at there house.

In "Trackwood Race-ist", He wanted to be a part of the Woody Scouts since he was a child, however Early didn't make him join, Rusty decided to let his son Randy to join Woody Scouts.

In "The Guzzle Bumpkin", Rusty becomes a part of the Guzzle Bumpkins after a making a viral video, however later after rejecting a New Years Stunt that involved swimming into a large pile of Dog Shit.

He owned his own Party Business in "Events by Russell", later in the episode after The Jiggle Hut is destroyed by the use of Early's hose, Rusty beats up Early, but ripped his throat out & throws him into a pool of pudding, he does the same with Sheriff, Deputy Denny, Ellis & Granny.

  • He is frequently called Rusty but his full name is Russell Bandit Reynolds Jesse James Kenny the gambler Rogers #3 the intimidator Dale Earnhardt Kenny the gambler Rogers America's Number 1 Cuyler.
