Small Freak is a minor character in Squidbillies. He is the second freak in the freak show that is waiting in line for Lil's prostitution. He only appears in "Clowny Freaks". He doesn't speak but he is holding a cigarette and he doesn't look too happy. He is the smallest freak in the freak show making him a dwarf.

He is a small dwarf like freak. He wears black clothes, small brown shoes, and a black hat. He also has reddish hair, brown eyebrows, and dotted eyes.
