Steve Ravens is a minor character in Squidbillies. He appeared in "The Peep". He is a comedian that inspired the Sheriff to become a comedian.

Earlier In "The Peep", Mr. Ravens was said to play at The VFW on September 8 according a radio DJ, he later appears at The VFW, Sheriff comes there, he & Granny go to the bathroom, Steve Ravens is using a bathroom stall, Granny asks "Stevie, What, did you fall in there or something?", Steve Ravens laughs & "There she is How you doing, Ruby Jean?", Granny mentioned "Look, some guy is here, he's a friend of a friend, he's a fan of yours, I don't know what he wants, probably just some autograph or something", Granny leaves & ends up saying "I'll just leave y'all to it", Sheriff say's "Roll out the red carpet why don't ya?", Granny say's "You wanted the intro, I made the intro", Sheriff makes ahem sound, he say's "Uh, excuse me, Mr. Ravens", Steve Ravens say's "I'll sign two items, Go on slide them under the shall, mind the puddle now", Sheriff say's "Oh, th-thank you, sir, I'm -- it's so great, I'm such a fan", Steve Ravens replies "Come on, get in here and snap your picture, I'm leaning forward and making my legs numb, you know", they take a picture together, Steve Ravens say's "All right, you're done", Sheriff say's "Oh, hang on, Mr. Ravens, You see I'm actually a comedian myself", Steve Ravens say's "Hoo, boy, here it comes, I was hoping I could show you a little bit of my act", Steve Ravens say's "Okay, But you gotta watch the headliner first", he drills a hole in the shall, Steve say's "Put your eye up in that drill", Sheriff "O-okay, I guess you wasn't joking around in the song, was you?", Sheriff peeks his eye in the hole, "Steve Ravens say's "This look like a joke to you?", Sheriff replied "No, sir".
Later after Granny's performance, Steve say's "That's all I got, you been a great audience Thanks for watching", Sheriff say's "All right, Sheriff, time for you to do your thing now, Mr. Ravens I call this one "The Leak", it's about a fellow who's a little too comfortable making his water in public", Sheriff plays the song, the lyrics say's "They call him the leak, He's outside taking a pee", Steve Ravens replies "Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!, Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!", You stole my damn song!", Sheriff said "Well, the melody might seem similar", Steve Ravens say's "It's a damn same!, you can hear my voice signing my lyrics on my song underneath your song, My song is about a man who watches other men poop & pee, yours is about watching a man pee", Sheriff claimed it was a parody, Strange Hal Spankovic eventually come sin, later Sheriff say's "That's a good idea, what do you say, Steve?", Steve Ravens say's "Hell no asshole, there's only a select few people can do smart toilet humor, and they all siting on the shiftier right there", Sheriff say's "Uh, knock, knock", Steve Ravens say's "Oh, don't come in here, I'm in the bathroom!", Sheriff say's "No, no that's my setup", Steve Ravens say's "Oh 'Emerson tig old bitties, is that what you're coming to me with?", Sheriff say's "Uh, yeah, that's, that's the punch line, yeah", Steve Ravens say's "Get your green ass back to bum your shit-kicker, you ain't funny", Sheriff has bad memories of people saying "You ain't funny", Sheriff commits suicide by using his gun as a microphone, Strange Hal Spankovic say's "He's got a gun!", Sheriff say's "No, no, no", Steve Ravens say's "What's going on out there?!", Strange Hal Spankovic comes back in his backroom stall.
