Tattoo Artist is a minor character in Squidbillies.
Description[]
He is a regular tattoo artist working at the Abraham Lincoln Tattoo Shop, Early Cuyler, who had a tattoo of a confederate flag on his face, requested him to tattoo his face. His only lines are "We can always cover it up, Black it out", the Tattoo Artist then covers up his old tattoo face with a blackface tattoo after that.
A similar tattoo artist appears as a prisoner in "Dove In An Iron Cage".
In "Scorn on the 4th of July", the Tattoo Artist drew a tattoo of a a bald eagle carrying a shotgun, that says "I'm a War Hero" on it, near the crack of Early's ass.
