The Truck-Boat-Truck is the name of three separate vehicles welded together, though occassionally separated, and driven by Early Cuyler. Early on several occasions has called the Truck-Boat-Truck his "pride and joy", even once going as far as to reject the Rapture to Heaven because he could not take his Truck-Boat-Truck with him. Early seems to have purchased the vehicles after "winning" the Tricky Two, having been the first time the Truck-Boat-Truck appeared on screen.

Early is very particular about the washing of his vehicles. In "Office Politics Trouble", he orders Rusty to wash both his trucks except for the boat. He repeatedly screams "The boat is mine!", ensuring Rusty doesn't wash the boat.

In the episode, "Hybrid To Hell", it is revealed that the trucks were constructed in 2002 and at least one has a faulty ignition switch. Early eventually does start the engine, with both him and the vehicles being destroyed. "Truck Nuts" are placed on the rear bumper of Early's second truck, the material and colors varying by episode.

On several occasions, Early has referred to the engine as a 450/454 big block, indicating it to be a General Motors engine; possibly a Vortec 8100 L18 7.4L variant produced from 2001-2009. This would coincide with the truck's 2002 production model year. Based on appearance, Early's trucks could be Silverado/Sierra 2500 Single Cab. Early's trucks are heavily modified, obviously having a huge lift kit, off road suspension, huge wheels with aggressive tires, and appears to have been supercharged when the engine bay is exposed.

Early as has also blown the engine of a single truck multiple times by redlining it for extended periods. Miraculously, the truck seems to be repaired and driving again in following episodes. It's unkown how he can afford to repair and maintain these vehicles, but Granny has occasionally been shown to work on them. Due the vehicle's sheer size and power, Early's trucks get very poor fuel economy, running out of gas almost immediately just by revving the engine multiple times.
