Widespread Panic are animated versions of the real world band called Widespread Panic that appeared in the Season 5 premiere episode "Need for Weed", they have been playing on the lawn of the Cuyler's House for three days, the band contains over six men, playing guitars & drums.

In the episode "Need for Weed", Widespread Panic is playing their band on the Cuyler's lawn for three days, Early say's "Hey!, turn that damn mess down!", Granny say's "Devil music!", Early say's "Sing me a song about America!", Granny say's "You filthy hippies!", Early say's "Mud-wallerin'-at-woodstock damn sumbitchin' hippies!", Sheriff next to him ends up saying "Point me to your drug stash -- now".

Later Early, Granny & Sheriff are in a riding truck stoned, the rock music of Widespread Panic is playing, one of the singers sings "Oh, the bakin' blues", Early replies "Damn, listen to that", Sheriff is coughing, Early say's "MM, That there is a stone-cold groove", Sheriff say's "Look at that thumb it was there all the time", Early say's "Come on, now, let's as us wiggle-dance now whoo!", Granny say's "Ohh, I love wigglin'", Widespread Panic is singing, one of the singers sing "Smokin' Granny's panties, lord, make me squeal", Sheriff say's "Hell yeah!", the singers sing "One in the morning smokin' Granny's panties makes me feel Aww!", one of the singers has his Glasses whirring, beeping", it located it the weed, one of the singers say's "Thank you, Dougal County!", Early say's "Hell yeah!", one of the singers say "Thank you!", Early say's "Coconuts, baby!", Sheriff say's "Coconuts!", Early say's "Whoo!", the band cocks their guns, all of them say "GBI!, on the floor!, lock it down!, lock it down!", Early runs away saying "Whoa, now!, whoa!", Sheriff say's "Oh, hell", Early say's "Hold on, Widespread Panic! y'all cops?", a man say's "Yeah, man, you ow, we just said that", Sheriff saying in his head saying "I-I Think they know I've been smokin' this stuff", Early say's "I-it -- It ain't me! it's this bitch", Granny say's "Yeah, she's the one", Early say's "She runs the whole operation!", a man with a red shirt say's "Get the Emts inere it looks like he's given her an overdose", Early say's "She's cuttin' her eyes at me!", Granny say's "She's fakin'!", Early say's "Come on, look!, she's a faker!", Sheriff say's "You're a cop, too, party's a bust, don't let them know you're stoned", a large group of naked Mexicans rush out, a man saying "What the hell are all those nude Mexicans doing here?", Early say's "They, uh", Granny say's "They're my nannies", Early say's "Yeah, t-they're all nannies, you know, for my boy", a man say's "15 Naked male nannies?", Granny say's "He's got a lot of problems", Sheriff say's "Be cool, be cool, calm down, There, Sheriff, down on the floor!", Sheriff pulls out his gun & shoots while everyone is down on the floor, he replies "Everybody on the floor! me too, we're all on the same level now, we're all at the same place, nobody's above anybody else, everybody's the same now, (inhaling), yeah, I think that worked", the members walking out of the basement carrying blocks of weed are saying "Jackpot, this is the stuff, round it up, boys, it's all evidence", a man say's "Maybe we should ignite some of this in the mobile lab, uh, yow know, just to see how strong it is", all of them enter their bus, a white bearded man say's "So that no one ever again can smoke this particular weed without us", Early say's "Ain't y'all gonna do the handcuffs now? or you must have a little bit different procedure?", a man say's "uh", a another man say's "Um, this is just a verbal warning", a white bearded man say's "Drugs are bad", a brown bearded man say's "Uh, see ya", the last man in the bus say's "Stay in School!", the bus drives off & The GBI comes to arrest Early, Russell & Ruby Jean.

  • This is the second animated band that is based off a real life band that has appeared in a episode, first being .38 Special who appeared in "Burned and Reburned Again", oddly enough both bands have Buses of their own.
